Get in touch
Tell us what you are building, what needs looking after or what stopped working.
Email is the way in. Write to sales@tektology.com with something useful in the subject line and a few lines about what you are trying to do.
There is no form on this page. That is deliberate rather than an oversight. Email leaves you with a copy of what you sent, it lets you attach whatever explains the problem best and it means nothing here is quietly collecting information about people who were only reading.
Worth including, if you have it
- What the software does, or is meant to do.
- Whether it is a new build, a system that already runs or one that stalled part way.
- The language or platform, if you know it. We work mostly in C#, .NET, JavaScript and Node.js, on SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Where it runs today, if it runs anywhere yet. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, a server in the office or nothing so far.
- Whether anybody is maintaining it at the moment.
- Roughly how urgent it is and any budget you are working to.
None of that is required. A paragraph describing the problem is enough to start with and we will ask about the rest.
What happens next
Somebody reads it and replies. Usually with questions first, because the opening description of a problem is rarely the whole shape of it. After that you get a straight answer on what the work would involve and what it would cost.
If it is not something we should take on, you will hear that too, and where we can we will point you somewhere more suitable.
Which address
- sales@tektology.com for anything about a project, ongoing support or cost.
- legal@tektology.com for questions about the privacy policy or how information is handled.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anybody else's servers. Sending us an email is the only way it collects anything, and what it collects is the email you chose to send.
